I talked to mrs. Pirmann about the project and she agreed to help us host it, Anthony and myself are beginning to look at dates that we can host the event, the 16th of October is the set date that Extralife conducts its event, but the school is unavailable for that date so the 23rd is our next best guess.
Found out that the 23rd is the ACT date at the school, and Matt Hoffman has joined the group effort he plans on using the event as his 30 hours of community service.
Asked people what they would think of the 29th...its a half day we would start at night and go to the following night, the school is available that day....worried about not having internet for the event i should talk to Tim.
Worried about getting this together in time, we took to long on the building request form and im not even sure if they will grant the building to us for the date, so could be facing issues with dates.
